It’s so nice to meet you! I’m Cate, owner and massage therapist at Cate’s Massage and co-owner of The Spa Collective in Seaford. We are a faith-inspired spa that doesn’t shy away from our love for Jesus. When you arrive, we hope you feel at peace, surrounded by beautiful piano worship music and faith-filled art. My mission is to offer a holistic approach to health and relaxation, helping you leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and with your cup overflowing. My specialty is deep tissue massage, including Deep Feet Ashiatsu—a barefoot massage technique where I use my feet to deliver broad, consistent pressure while holding overhead bars for balance and support. This allows me to provide deep, flowing work tailored to your comfort level. I am dedicated to delivering personalized care based on your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from muscle tension, support with chronic pain, stress reduction, or simply a moment of relaxation, your session is designed around you. I use a pressure scale of 1–5, with 1 being the lightest touch and 5 being the deepest pressure. Additional services include therapeutic massage, cupping, hot stone, prenatal, myofascial, lymphatic drainage.
